damages arising from or connected with the use of this product.  The user
agrees to hold harmless the United States National Imagery and Mapping
Agency.  The user's sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the DAFIF
product.

The product that was produced with the DAFIF data by Ocean View Communications
has no Warranty, expressed or implied and Ocean View Communications makes no 
claim to the validity nor usability of the data contained wherein. It is provided
